Returns & Refunds


We are very sorry if you are not satisfied with your order. return policy is 10 days. After those 10 days have passed after your purchase date, we at our unfortunately cannot  offer you a refund or exchange for your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it and in its in original packaging.

Several types of goods have a NO RETURN POLICY. Perishable goods such as EDIBLES, CHOCOLATES and products of quick deterioration are not accepted. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Lingerie will not be accepted for returns.Due to Covid-19 regulations that are in effect and being regularly reviewed, our returns policy is subject to change.

Products bought “on sale” or “with discount” or “Outlet” are not eligible for return or refund and can only be exchanged if they are faulty.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. If the refunded item was a gift or purchased with gift vouchers you will receive gift vouchers by way of refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is credited to your account.

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was shipped to the purchaser to give to you later, they will be notified of the return and a refund made to them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
